PROOF (Photographic Record of On-site Facility) is a mobile app developed for Finance department to monitor works execution/activities allocated to different ddo’s of various departments.
It will give you pictorial view of the work along with its geographical coordinates i.e.
latitude and longitude and user comments on work progress.
User has role based access on the App, only authorized official under DDO control can update the data on the App.
The data can later be viewed by Treasury Officer for audit purpose.
